Recently, private equity firm Montagu successfully established a continuation fund amounting to €2 billion (roughly equivalent to $2.3 billion) to bolster Wireless Logic. Insiders with knowledge of the deal revealed that this transaction places Wireless Logic's valuation at around £3.5 billion (about $4.6 billion). Ed Shuckburgh, the Managing Partner at Montagu, attributed the keen investor interest in the fund to Wireless Logic's remarkable growth trajectory.
