Recently, Shidai Qiji New Energy Technology (Honghe) Co., Ltd. made its debut, with Wang Menghuai appointed as its legal representative and a substantial registered capital of 5 million yuan. The scope of the company's operations encompasses the research and development of cutting-edge energy technologies, as well as the sales of battery swap facilities tailored for new energy vehicles, among other ventures. This newly established entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shidai Qiji Green Energy Technology (Kunming) Co., Ltd., which in turn is a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL).
