Based on the information from the online service platform of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, CITIC Securities, which serves as the IPO tutoring institution for Unitree Robotics, recently submitted the "Report on the Progress of Tutoring Work (Phase I)". As indicated in the report, during its fifth extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2025, Unitree Robotics deliberated and approved a proposal to rename itself. The company will transition from its previous name, "Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd.", to the more streamlined "Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd.". Presently, the necessary procedures for updating the industrial and commercial registration are underway.
