Over this timeframe, the national railways handled a staggering cumulative total of 213 million passenger trips, translating to an average of 17.763 million trips per day. This figure signifies a notable 8.6% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. Simultaneously, the railways also achieved a cumulative freight transportation volume of 137 million tons, demonstrating robust growth in both passenger and freight sectors.
