On October 10, Horizon Robotics announced that, in accordance with the terms of the placement and subscription agreement, its share placement and subscription were successfully completed on October 9, 2025. This placement involved 639,028,800 shares, with each share placed and subscribed at a price of HK$9.99, resulting in net proceeds of approximately HK$6.3394 billion.
