On October 9, as per the official website of the China Maritime Safety Administration, the Yantai Maritime Safety Bureau issued a navigation alert. The alert specifies that rocket launches will take place in designated areas of the Yellow Sea from 6:00 a.m. on October 10 until 11:00 a.m. on October 11. During this timeframe, all vessels are strictly prohibited from entering the launch zones.
