As per the agreement, Lizhong Group will supply Vientek AI with high-performance aluminum alloy materials and crucial lightweight components. In return, Vientek AI will deliver intelligent factory visual inspection solutions along with standardized operational frameworks. Additionally, the duo will co-establish a "Robot Manufacturing Lightweight Materials and Components R&D Laboratory." This facility will concentrate on the development of novel materials, automation in production, and innovation in manufacturing processes. Furthermore, they will progress with matters pertaining to equity cooperation.
