On October 8 (local time), Stoke Space, a US-based developer of reusable rockets, revealed that it had successfully closed a Series D funding round, raising an impressive $510 million. The funding round was spearheaded by the US Innovation Technology Fund. With this latest infusion of capital, Stoke Space's cumulative funding now stands at a substantial $990 million. These funds are earmarked to expedite the research and development efforts for its reusable launch vehicle, the Nova, as well as to scale up its production capabilities.
