On September 29th, reports emerged indicating that the core equipment of the National Major Scientific and Technological Infrastructure—the Hypergravity Centrifugal Simulation and Experiment Facility, situated in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province—has been officially commissioned. Independently developed by China, this facility is capable of generating a 'hypergravity field' that is hundreds to thousands of times stronger than Earth's natural gravity, effectively achieving 'space-time compression.' Under the leadership of Zhejiang University, the facility comprises three primary centrifuges and 18 onboard experimental devices. Notably, the first centrifuge, with a capacity of 1300 g·t, stands as the largest of its kind globally.
