On September 19th, Jiangsu Cable Television inked a pivotal cooperation pact with the Changzhou Municipal Government, marking its bold entry into the burgeoning new energy sector. The strategic vision is to erect around 40 cutting-edge 'photovoltaic-storage-charging' stations within a three-year timeframe. These stations are set to offer comprehensive vehicle charging services to a diverse clientele, including government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and individual consumers.
To materialize this vision, the two entities will co-establish a joint venture company, boasting an initial registered capital of 90 million yuan. Jiangsu Cable Television will command a majority 51% stake in this venture. The newly formed company will zero in on the development of microgrid businesses, delivering robust energy support and fostering efficient resource collaboration to bolster smart city construction initiatives.
Beyond this, both parties are poised to deepen their collaborative efforts across various fronts. These include informatization construction, the advancement of 5G factories, the exploration of untapped potential in the digital cultural industry, and the cultivation of cultural intellectual property (IP).
