The Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) has updated the sustainability report preparation sections within its "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the ChiNext Board." The exchange is now inviting public feedback on these revisions. The updated guidelines introduce three crucial new chapters focusing on pollutant emissions, energy consumption, and water resource management, with the overarching goal of fostering the sustainable development of listed companies. The SZSE emphasized its commitment to continually enhancing the "Guidelines" and refining the regulatory framework based on practical experiences, in order to nurture a robust and healthy market ecosystem.
