The initial aggregate asking price stood at 9.867 billion yuan, and the auctions culminated in a cumulative transaction value of 11.116 billion yuan. Notably, 3 of the plots fetched prices above their base values, while the remaining 2 were sold at their base prices. The successful bidders for each plot are detailed as follows: Shanghai Urban Construction clinched the plot in Zhenru, Putuo District; China Railway Real Estate emerged victorious for the plot along the Yangpu Riverside; Jianfa Group secured the plot in Meilan Lake, Baoshan District; Zhejiang Jinggong won the plot in Zhuanqiao, Minhang District; and Yucheng Group bagged the plot in Qingpu New Town.
