Lei Jun, the founder of Xiaomi, has made a significant announcement: all 7,000 fresh graduates recruited by Xiaomi Group this year have officially commenced their employment. Lei Jun has previously emphasized that the "Fresh Graduate Program" is designed to nurture exceptional talents, aiming to develop them into technical experts or general managers within a decade. He firmly believes that this initiative holds the key to Xiaomi's growth and success in the coming ten years. To provide additional support for these new hires, Xiaomi has constructed Xiaomi Youth Apartments adjacent to its Changping campus in Beijing, offering a total of 2,600 units at an affordable monthly rent of 1,999 yuan. Fresh graduates will have priority in securing accommodation at these apartments.
