During the first half of 2025, the cumulative revenue of major global panel manufacturers approximated $56.2 billion, marking a virtually unchanged year-over-year performance. Chinese mainland panel makers stood out with exceptional results, raking in $29.3 billion, which accounted for 52.1% of the global total revenue—surpassing the 50% mark for the first time. In contrast, Korean panel makers saw their revenue share decrease to 30%, Taiwanese makers contributed 13.2%, and Japanese makers' share dipped to 3.5%.
