Haisen Co., Ltd. has announced its intention to collaborate with both related and unrelated parties to jointly invest 100 million yuan in establishing Zhongke Zhongcheng Supply Chain (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. Of this total investment, Haisen will contribute 10 million yuan, securing a 10% ownership stake in the new venture. Zhongke Zhongcheng will primarily focus on the procurement, sales, and provision of technical services related to robot parts.
