ASD's subsidiary, Zhejiang Qianjiang Robotics Co., Ltd., has inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Anhui Honglu Steel Structure Group. Under the terms of this agreement, Honglu Steel Structure has designated Qianjiang Robotics as its preferred long-term procurement partner, granting it priority status in procurement activities. In return, Qianjiang Robotics will offer preferential pricing and ensure priority supply, guaranteeing timely and high-quality order fulfillment. Furthermore, both parties aim to collaborate on technological research and development in the areas of robotic welding and spraying, with the objective of bolstering their core competitiveness in the market. As part of the deal, Honglu Steel Structure has committed to purchasing 1,888 specific welding robot units from Qianjiang Robotics, with the exact delivery and installation schedules to be finalized through subsequent contracts.
