Gansu Energy's subsidiary intends to invest a substantial sum of 4.089 billion yuan in the Minqin 1 GW wind-solar hybrid power project. Of this amount, 20% will be allocated as capital funds, while the remaining balance will be sourced through bank loans. The project is strategically situated in Nanhu Town, Minqin County, within Wuwei City. It is anticipated to generate an annual electricity output of 1.099 billion kWh from wind power and an additional 1.015 billion kWh from photovoltaic sources. The entire construction phase is estimated to span 24 months.
