The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has published the Draft Credit Rehabilitation Management Measures for Public Consultation, proposing a tiered classification system for dishonesty information based on severity: minor, general, and serious. This system will entail stratified management and distinct public notification periods. Credit entities may initiate the credit rehabilitation process upon the conclusion of the shortest public notification period. Upon the expiration of the longest public notification period, and following the rectification of dishonest behavior, the pertinent information will cease to be publicly disclosed automatically.
