Shuangta Food has announced its recent awareness that the European Commission has decided to commence an anti-dumping investigation into high-protein pea protein manufactured in China. This investigation, sparked by a temporary alliance of EU pea protein producers, focuses on products containing over 65% protein on a dry weight basis. For Shuangta Food, pea protein exports to the EU constituted 3.92% and 6.48% of its total operating revenue in 2024 and the first half of 2025, respectively. Currently, the anti-dumping investigation is ongoing, and the ultimate outcome remains uncertain.
