The firm reaffirms its prediction of a "V"-shaped recovery trajectory for the market in the latter half of the year. CICC believes that short-term negative factors impacting the REITs market, including trading fund outflows, the lifting of trading restrictions, and mid-year profit-taking by institutions, are nearing their conclusion. Conversely, long-term positive drivers, such as the anticipated supply shortage in the next 2-3 years, the dividend-yielding asset attributes amid asset scarcity, and the countercyclical nature of high-quality assets, remain firmly in place.
