On August 16, Thalys Group announced that Thalys Automobile, its holding subsidiary, had successfully acquired a 48.54% stake in Jinkang Power from Science City Urban Operation Group for a transaction value of 663 million yuan. Following the completion of this deal, Thalys Automobile will achieve full ownership of Jinkang Power, boosting its shareholding ratio from 51.46% to 100%.
