This initiative will provide riders nationwide with subsidies for old-age insurance and medical insurance, with the subsidy rate potentially reaching 100%. More specifically, riders who consistently maintain good delivery performance and are willing to contribute towards the relevant insurance policies will receive a subsidy covering at least 50% of their insurance premiums. Additionally, team leaders and honorary riders will enjoy full premium coverage. The first phase of this policy will commence in select cities in October of this year, with the goal of nationwide implementation by the end of the year. Furthermore, Ele.me will fully cover the costs of 'new occupational injury' insurance and offer heatstroke insurance to all riders.
