A spokesperson from the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) revealed today that the rural logistics system is witnessing steady improvement, while entrepreneurial activities in e-commerce continue to surge. By the close of July, the count of rural online merchants across the country had surpassed 19.5 million, underscoring the robust growth of rural e-commerce. Additionally, the infrastructure for rural logistics has been consistently enhanced, with the nationwide coverage rate of express delivery services in administrative villages reaching 95%.
