The National Healthcare Security Administration has unveiled the "Guideline for Establishing Physiotherapy Medical Service Price Items (Trial)," consolidating existing price items into 32 categories and introducing 7 surcharge items alongside 1 extension item. This initiative aims to foster standardization in the compilation of medical service price items, thereby establishing a scientific and unified pricing framework to support the clinical adoption of innovative physiotherapy technologies. Moving forward, the Administration will guide provincial healthcare security bodies in devising a uniform price benchmark, upon which the overall planning regions will establish actual execution prices, ultimately benefiting a broader patient population.
