The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province has recently unveiled a policy aimed at fostering the growth of the commercial aerospace industry. The policy emphasizes supporting enterprises in the sector to attain a wide range of essential qualifications, encompassing weapons and equipment scientific research and production licenses, civil aerospace launch project licenses, satellite communication network radio frequency use licenses, space radio stations and satellite earth station licenses, and notably, Beidou satellite navigation product certifications. To incentivize enterprises to proactively seek these accreditations, the policy further suggests encouraging relevant cities and prefectures to offer rewards to newly qualified enterprises, thereby accelerating the dynamic development of the commercial aerospace industry.
