Ningzhi Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has recently undergone a business registration update, marking the departure of Zeng Xiulian, co-founder of Xiaohongshu, from her position as legal representative. She has been succeeded by Zhang Ziqi in this role. Concurrently, several other key executive positions within the company have also seen changes. Established in 2019 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan, Ningzhi Information Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiaohongshu Technology Co., Ltd. Notably, this is not the first time Zeng Xiulian has stepped down from leadership positions within Xiaohongshu-affiliated companies.
