Recently, multiple regions have robustly introduced localized benchmarks for 'quality housing,' tailored to their unique development characteristics. The objective is to establish a superior residential system and drive the evolution of housing towards safety, comfort, sustainability, intelligence, and inclusivity for all age groups. Since July, approximately ten regions, encompassing Shenyang, Chengdu, and Xiamen, have promulgated pertinent regulations. Additionally, various regions have implemented measures such as phased land transfer fee payments and increased housing provident fund loan limits to bolster the construction of 'quality housing.' These endeavors are designed to address the diverse housing demands of residents and foster the development of innovative real estate paradigms.
