Guodun Quantum has announced its intention to enter into a sales agreement with China Telecom Quantum Information Technology Group for the supply of quantum key distribution (QKD) software and hardware equipment, among other products. These solutions will be integral to the development of quantum metropolitan area networks. The projected transaction value stands at 76.5418 million yuan. Additionally, the company aims to sign a service contract with China Telecom Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. to furnish professional technical support for their "quantum secure call and messaging services," with an estimated transaction value of 14 million yuan. Both of these transactions are routine and compliant with relevant regulations, currently awaiting approval from the shareholders' meeting.
