Chengdi Xiangjiang's subsidiary, Chengdi Cloud Computing, has inked a six-year IDC hosting agreement with internet company X, effective from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2031. The agreement holds the option for two one-year renewals. The initial phase of the project is projected to invest up to RMB 1.811 billion, offering data center services for approximately 2,200 high-power cabinets throughout the entire collaboration period. The second phase of the project is anticipated to invest no more than RMB 2.716 billion, although specific service details, delivery timelines, and cost arrangements are still pending determination.
