The China Government Procurement Network has recently publicized a research procurement initiative undertaken by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce. This project endeavors to bolster the international internet data dedicated channel within the Zhejiang Free Trade Pilot Zone and delve into the framework for establishing an international communications business gateway. It will undertake a comprehensive assessment of the current network infrastructure, transmission capabilities, and reliability of cross-border data channels. Additionally, the project will factor in the long-term growth aspirations of sectors like digital trade, artificial intelligence, and cross-border e-commerce. Aligning with national-level policy directives, the project will outline a construction strategy and a practical roadmap for establishing communication gateways and enhancing cross-border data channels.
