Previously, startups had the chance to receive up to $15,000 in Microsoft Azure credits directly from Microsoft. Upon successful application, these credits allowed startups to access a wide range of products on Microsoft's cloud computing platform at no cost until the credits were fully utilized. Currently, Microsoft Azure continues to offer other promotional benefits, including a $1,000 initial credit for eligible startups, as well as 12 months of free services and a $200 credit for the first month for new users upon registration.
