The General Offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have jointly issued guidelines in support of Shenzhen's endeavor to pioneer novel mechanisms for data trading, circulation, and revenue distribution. This initiative is designed to further the reform of market-based data element allocation, facilitate the legal disclosure of public data, enhance the urban information modeling platform, bolster data security governance, and establish a secure and efficient framework for cross-border data flows.
