Jilin Unicom has unveiled the 'All-Optical 10G Cloud Gaming' package, specifically designed for campus users. Leveraging Huawei's cutting-edge 50G PON and OTN technologies, this service achieves low-latency 10G network coverage. It facilitates cloud gaming via a thin-client model, thereby minimizing equipment costs. Northeast Electric Power University and Jilin Medical University have been appointed as pilot sites for this initiative. Looking ahead, Jilin Unicom intends to expedite the deployment of 'dual 10G' networks over the next three years, fostering the advancement of digital campuses and smart education.
