On May 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) officially unveiled the Action Plan for Computing Power Interconnection, aiming to establish an efficient, intelligent, and secure national integrated computing power network. The plan outlines that by 2026, a comprehensive framework of standards, identifiers, and regulations for interconnecting computing power will be in place, and by 2028, the standardized interconnection of national public computing power will be largely achieved. This will culminate in a computing power internet characterized by intelligent perception, real-time discovery, and on-demand access. The initiative is poised to enhance the interconnectedness of computing power nodes, facilitating cross-entity, cross-architecture, and cross-regional scheduling of computing power supply and demand, ultimately fostering widespread industrial adoption of computing power.
