The Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Commerce, in collaboration with the Development and Reform Commission, has unveiled a strategic plan designed to bolster the growth of service and digital trade, innovate the framework for data trade, pave the way for the establishment of a national-scale data exchange, enhance the pilot program for the cultural big data trading center, refine the data property rights trading system, and foster collaboration between financial institutions and data trading platforms.
