The Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Development and Reform Commission, has jointly launched the "Implementation Plan for Advancing High-Quality Development in Service and Digital Trade." This comprehensive plan seeks to bolster Shenzhen's international competitiveness in these sectors, setting ambitious targets: by 2030, digital delivery of service trade should comprise over 50% of the city's total service trade, rising to more than 55% by 2035. The plan outlines 20 targeted measures, encompassing fostering innovative advancements in niche areas of digital trade, enhancing service trade innovation in key domains, nurturing market entities for overseas expansion, and facilitating the cross-border movement of resources and factors. These strategic initiatives are pivotal in Shenzhen's aspirations to become an economically pivotal city with heightened global influence and a modern international metropolis.
