This plan underscores the importance of focusing efforts on mastering core technologies and fostering integrated and innovative growth within the advanced computing industry. Key initiatives encompass intensifying research and development in fundamental software and hardware technologies, particularly high-speed interconnect buses, emphasizing advanced network transmission technologies like high-performance transmission protocols, and driving the high-quality evolution of the data communications sector. Furthermore, the plan advocates for expediting research in high-performance routers and high-speed lossless network technologies to enhance data input efficiency and the seamless integration of computing power. Concurrently, it aims to conquer pivotal technologies for computing power identification, introduce novel computing power identification gateways, and achieve comprehensive breakthroughs in cloud scheduling technology for computing networks, thereby optimizing the management of computing power resources and the orchestration and deployment of application clouds.
