Pinggao Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Weigao Software Technology, has successfully inked a "Service Contract" with Shenzhen Yuanmai Cloud Computing Technology, amounting to a total value of 397 million yuan (tax inclusive). Under this agreement, Guangzhou Weigao will offer Shenzhen Yuanmai a comprehensive suite of computing power resource services, encompassing the rental of computing power equipment, access to its computing power software platform, and a comprehensive five-year technical support plan.
