The National Data Administration hosted the inaugural press conference of the 'Data Factor x' series today. Deputy Director Luan Jie highlighted that the implementation of the 'Data Factor ×' initiative over the past year has markedly accelerated the integration of data into socialized mass production. To propel this forward, the Administration will intensify scenario-focused efforts by developing guidelines for 'Data Factor ×' application scenarios. Additionally, it will solidify the digital foundation by issuing guidelines for national data infrastructure construction, encourage pilot projects to establish comprehensive data factor pilot zones, and foster a conducive development environment by constructing a unified national data market rule system.
