On May 6, Truly Tech announced the signing of a "Letter of Intent for Cooperation" with Fujian Huarui Information Technology, Suzhou Feisa Venture Capital, and Jiang Jianhua. The agreement paves the way for the establishment of Wuhu Truly Huarui Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., in which Truly Tech holds a 41% stake, investing a total of 41 million yuan.
