Currently, a paradoxical scenario unfolds: large-scale data centers grapple with computing power shortages, whereas smart computing centers find themselves laden with unused computing capacity. This stark contrast underscores a significant imbalance in the supply and demand dynamics of computing power. In the market, opportunists known as "computing power hustlers" exploit informational disparities to turn a profit. Smart computing centers grapple with challenges such as low utilization rates, inadequate performance, and geographical constraints, while the overall performance of domestic computing power infrastructure also leaves much to be desired. Looking ahead, the burgeoning development of AI applications and the emergence of flexible computing power sales models are poised to catalyze a surge in computing power demand. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are poised to emerge as the primary absorbers of this increased demand. While government subsidies offer crucial support to the industry, they must also ensure the guided, healthy evolution of the market.
