The National Development and Reform Commission, along with five other ministries, has issued guiding opinions intended to propel the high-quality growth of the data industry and foster a unified national computing power system. This system will cultivate a diverse array of computing power resources, foster enterprise involvement in constructing a holistic industry chain ecosystem, and bolster the supply of high-quality computing power. Concurrently, it will expedite innovations in data transmission technology, particularly in applications characterized by large bandwidth, low latency, and high reliability. Additionally, it will facilitate the integration of computing and networking, leveraging techniques such as elastic bandwidth to mitigate network usage costs.
