The provisional total contract value is RMB 4.915 billion (tax inclusive), with a term of 60 months. Each batch of orders covers a service period of 60 months, with monthly settlement. This is a routine business contract that does not require approval by the board of directors or the shareholders' meeting, nor does it constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring. Due to trade secrets, information such as the name of Company H1 has been exempted from disclosure.
