On November 2, Oracle launched a $10 billion investment-grade USD bond offering structured in six tranches: 3-year fixed-rate and floating-rate notes, as well as 5-year, 7-year, 10-year, and 20-year fixed-rate notes. The offering is expected to be priced the same day and to settle on November 4. The bonds are USD-denominated senior unsecured obligations, with anticipated ratings of Baa2 from Moody's, BBB- from S&P, and BBB from Fitch. Net proceeds will be allocated toward general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures, debt repayment, future investments or acquisitions, and dividend payments or share repurchases.
