In the prospectus filed on October 26, Anthropic revealed that it has signed large-scale agreements for computing power and infrastructure with multiple technology companies, with related spending commitments extending until 2036. Specifically, the company has committed to spending at least approximately $114.5 billion with Google from April 2026 to July 2033; at least $110 billion with Amazon from May 2026 to April 2036; and at least $44.9 billion with Microsoft from November 2026 to May 2033. These commitments, in principle, will not be canceled due to a reduction in actual usage, except in specific cases of breach of contract.
