According to data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the first eight months of this year, China’s software business revenue exceeded 10 trillion yuan, reflecting an 8.8% year-on-year growth. Total profits also witnessed a year-on-year rise of 1.3%. Concurrently, software business exports reached USD 45.99 billion, up by 12.5% from the same period last year. In the specialized sector (Note: retained for potential specific term, but contextually translated as "specialized sector" here), revenue from software products sustained steady growth, increasing by 6% year-on-year and accounting for 21.5% of the total industry revenue. Revenue from information technology services continued to expand, making up 68.7% of the total industry revenue.
