On September 29, Costech (688788.SH) disclosed that it had recently entered into a standard operational sales agreement with Shenzhen Yiweier Computer Technology Co., Ltd. The contract, which pertains to a project involving high-performance computing servers for Costech's AI large-scale model, is valued at 160 million yuan (inclusive of tax).
In accordance with the terms, the contract will become effective upon the signatures and seals of both parties. Subsequently, Party B (Shenzhen Yiweier Computer Technology Co., Ltd.) is obligated to fulfill the delivery within 45 days of receiving the advance payment.
Provided that the contract is executed without any hitches, it is anticipated to yield a favorable impact on the company's operational performance in 2026.
