On September 28, news emerged that Feng Assistant had recently made a significant announcement. The company revealed that it has entered into a computing power server procurement agreement with Company C, with the total contract value reaching 3.96 billion yuan (inclusive of tax). Simultaneously, Feng Assistant also signed a computing power service agreement with Company D, which amounts to a staggering 5.717 billion yuan (tax inclusive, with supplementary cabinet service fees). This service agreement is set to span a period of 60 months. The pertinent proposals have already received the green light from the board of directors. However, the procurement agreement still awaits the necessary approval from the shareholders' meeting.
