According to reports from Xinhua News Agency, between the evening of September 25 and the early hours of September 26, Russian forces executed a precision strike on a pivotal data processing center in Kyiv. This facility was instrumental in providing ground support for the Ukrainian military's mobile internet connectivity and the "Starlink" satellite communication network.

Over the span of two weeks, Russian military operations have targeted Ukrainian data centers on four separate occasions, utilizing an array of long-range precision-guided munitions. These include the P-800 Onyx cruise missiles, Zircon hypersonic missiles, and Iskander-M tactical ballistic missiles. The repercussions of these strikes have been profound, disrupting internet services for an estimated 100,000 households in Kyiv and its environs. Additionally, the attacks have severed signals across multiple major fiber-optic cable routes, compelling local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to issue urgent notifications regarding service degradation.
