On September 22, Xianhe Environmental Protection made an announcement stating that its fully-owned subsidiary, Xingtai Zhisuan, has set its sights on acquiring 63 GPU servers. The acquisition will be facilitated through a third-party financial leasing arrangement from Hebei Bingji, a related entity. Each server is priced at 2.66 million yuan, culminating in a total investment of 168 million yuan. The primary objective behind this procurement is to yield investment returns by offering computing power services. This transaction has already received the green light from the board of directors and now awaits the shareholders' meeting's scrutiny for final approval.
